1. Intended Use:
   All custom remap files provided are designed solely for off-road use. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that these files are used in compliance with local laws and regulations.

2. Responsibility for Use:
   By downloading the custom remap file, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for reading and writing the file onto their vehicle’s ECU (Engine Control Unit). The use of this file is at the purchaser’s own risk.

3. Clone Tool Disclaimer:
   I cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the ECU due to the use of clone tools or other unsupported hardware. It is recommended to use reliable and original equipment for reading and writing to the ECU.

4. DPF Reset Requirement:
   For ECUs where DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) modifications are made, a DPF reset is required prior to flashing a DPF OFF file. Additionally, the DPF must be physically removed from the vehicle before performing a DPF OFF operation.

5. Precautionary Measures:
   Prior to starting any ECU modification, please ensure that all necessary precautions are taken. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining stable battery voltage during the process.

6. Injector Code Backup:
   Some vehicles, particularly models from Nissan and Renault, may lose injector codes during the modification process. It is essential to back up these codes to avoid issues.

7. Support for Map Adjustments:
   Certain remap files may require further adjustments after initial download. For any issues or necessary modifications, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the modified file. I will make every effort to assist within this time frame.

8. No Refund Policy:
   Given the nature of digital downloads, once a custom remap file has been sent and written to your ECU, no refunds will be issued. By proceeding with the download, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

9. Checksum Verification:
   Our system is set to automatically correct the checksum for the file. If an issue is detected with the checksum that requires correction, I will inform you promptly.
